At first glance, the ESP Horizon-I electric guitar is already striking with its glossy Andromeda II finish. The construction of the guitar is made of alder wings and a through-neck composed of three pieces of maple with a narrower fast Thin U profile. The ebony fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets and pearl offset position markers.
The combination of two Seymour Duncan passive humbuckers, a high-output Distortion model and a "Strat style" Cool Rails single-coil humbucker, provides the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness, dynamics and precise articulation for singing solos or chord breakdowns, while also providing the density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. As a result, the instrument can be used in a wide range of musical genres, not just modern rock and metal. Controls in the form of volume potentiometers, tone shutter and a three-position pickup switch offer complete control over the sound of the pickups.
The strings are held in high-quality Gotoh Locking tuning machines and the original Floyd Rose double-reverse tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing. The range of quality components used is extended by practical locks on the zero fret, ensuring maximum tuning stability, and Schaller safety strap locks.
