Electric 7-String Guitar / HN200207
The GIO line of electric guitars is an affordable instrument designed especially for beginning rockers and metal players. Even with these instruments, care is taken to ensure that the look, sound and playability offer players maximum satisfaction.
The body of this seven-string guitar is made of poplar and a spectacular top veneer of flame maple. Glued to the maple neck is a purpleheart wood fingerboard fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. Orientation is traditionally facilitated by white position dots.
Two Infinity R passive humbuckers with ceramic magnets give the guitar the necessary sonic drive and balance. Standard adjustments are made with volume potentiometers and tone controls. In addition to the standard full tone of the humbuckers and their combination, the five-position toggle switch offers the character of single-coil pickups, i.e. splitting the humbucker coils at positions 2 and 4, which expands the guitar's sonic arsenal.
The strings are mounted in the company's tuning machines and in a solid Ibanez F107 headstock. The stylish look is accentuated by the black hardware and Transparent Black Burst finish.
