The HT-1RH MkII is a Blackstar all-tube guitar amp with a nice boutique design and one watt of power, offering a variety of useful features in a compact body. Thanks to push/pull connection of the rear amplifier, it offers a full sound with the character of more powerful machines even at minimum volume settings. This makes it a great choice for home practice/composing as well as studio work.
The amplifier offers two channels, i.e. clean and overdrive, with a simple toggle button on the top panel. Standard controls adjust volume and gain level. The unique ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) allows you to choose between American and British sound character. A built-in studio-quality reverb effect adds a nice boost to your guitar tone.
A real step up from the basic HT series versions comes in the form of connectors and with that, expanded wiring and output options. In addition to the standard mp3/audio input and headphone/line output with speaker emulation, the MkII offers an external speaker output with 4-16 ohm impedance, a footswitch input and a USB Audio jack so you can easily convert awesome tube sound to recording.
