The Joyo R-06 O.M.B. from the One Man Band series houses a combination of a looper and drum machine, allowing you to liven up your guitar loops and properly hone your sense of rhythm.

Its controls are clear and simple. A three-position switch lets you easily choose between looper, drum machine and a combination of both. You can control all the basic looper functions (record, play, overdub, undo, redo, stop, delete) with a single footswitch. The rest of the parameters can be set using the four potentiometers - the Looper is used to adjust the loop volume, the Drum is used to adjust the drum volume, the Genre control lets you easily choose between pop, rock, blues, metal, funk, jazz and Latin genres so you can choose the most suitable rhythmic accompaniment for your song, and the final Bar control lets you choose between different rhythmic schemes - the device offers seven for each genre.

The tempo of the drums can be set using the Tap Tempo button to adjust it to your exact preference. You won't be limited by the maximum recording time either - 40 minutes is plenty of time for even the most complex compositions, while loops can of course be infinitely layered. An interesting bonus is the ambient lighting on the edge of the box with three modes - it can be on all the time, flicker to the beat of the drums, or you can turn it off completely. In short, the Joyo O.M.B. offers a range of practical and purely stylish features, at a price that hardly finds competition.
