The synthesizer is monophonic, but for sound creation there are two analog synthesizers with sawtooth, triangle, pulse waveforms with continuously adjustable waveforms, a square with adjustable pulse width and a noise generator.
You shape the resulting sound with a variable OTA filter (HP, LP, BP) that also has a two-stage overdrive on the input. So you can look forward to a really typically fat analogue sound with delicious saturation.
Modulation is done with LFOs (sine, triangle, sawtooth, random, sample & hold) that can be assigned to pitch, filter and VCA. There are also two envelope generators - AD for the filter and AR for the VCA (the full ADSR envelope can be used via MIDI CC control).
The keyboard offers 27 keys arranged chromatically or in one of thirteen scales. The keys can also be used to enter steps into a sequencer with sixteen steps or to use a four-octave arpeggiator with ten different modes.
For starters, the synthesizer is set up with 100 presets, 80 of which can be edited.
Other features to mention include a delay synchronized to the internal clock and five additional effects, a tuning circuit (eliminating the need to tune oscillators), MIDI I/O with 2.5mm Jack (reducer included), MAC/PC/iOS editor for parameter editing on your computer, the ability to control all parameters via MIDI or power via 4 AA batteries or USB.
