The body of the JS Series Monarkh SC JS22 AR TB electric guitar is made of mahogany. The bolted maple neck, reinforced with graphite bracing, is glued to an amaranth (purpleheart) fingerboard fitted with twenty-two jumbo-sized frets. Its radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riffing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shredding at higher positions. White position dots make it easy to navigate the fingerboard.
Two proprietary high-output humbuckers give the guitar the juicy sound much needed in rock and metal music. Volume potentiometers, tone controls and a three-position pickup switch are used for sonic adjustments. Precise tuning and good sustain are guaranteed by fitting the strings through a fully adjustable compensated tailpiece (TOM style) in the strings and the company's Die-Cast mechanics.
For several decades now, electric guitars from the American brand Jackson have appealed primarily to musicians from metal, metal/core, HC or djent bands who profess a loud sound with a more or less diluted dose of aggression, as evidenced by the company's list of players.
