The iKeyboard 8X is a MIDI keyboard with 88 semi-weighted keys and a single-channel DAW controller, featuring HUI and Mackie Control protocols to control DAW software.
A large knob with LED indication is used for control, and the keys also feature classic tone bend and modulation controls, octave shift buttons, transpose control, touch fader and 18 more backlit buttons that can be assigned various functions. An LED display also makes orientation easier.
A wide range of DAW software is supported, including Cubase, Nuendo, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Reaper, Reason and many more, and compatibility with the latest Windows and Mac OS operating systems is guaranteed. Included is iMap software for easy mapping of MIDI functions. Power is supplied by a 7V adapter (not included) or a fast USB 2.0 port, and there is a MIDI output and outputs for expression and sustain pedals. The all-metal, durable chassis makes the keyboard suitable for use on the go.
