The Behringer X Air XR 16 is a digital mixing console with control via an iPad/Android tablet app. There are 16 inputs, 8 MIDAS preamps, 8 line inputs, USB sound card or built-in Wi-Fi module.
The MIDAS preamps ensure excellent sound quality and with the built-in USB sound card you can record the entire performance directly to your computer.
For signal conditioning, the virtual rack familiar from the X32 can be used, which offers slots for 4 stereo effects, among which you will find high-end emulations Lexicon 480L, PCM70, EMT250 or Quantec QRS.
There's also Dugan automatic mic gain monitoring, 100-band Real Time Analyzer for all channels and bus EQ.
Control is via free PC/Mac/Linux/iOS/Android apps. There is also MIDI I/O for MIDI assist control.
