GODIN MultiAc Grand Concert Encore Natural HG

This electroacoustic guitar from the Canadian brand Godin, called Multiac Grand Concert Encore, is an interesting choice for classical guitar players who need to use an instrument with amplified sound in their work or during concerts.

Like all Multiac Grand Concert models, the guitar features a larger body with a solid cedar soundboard and a neck to body connection at the 12th fret. The body itself is made of chambered linden. A rosewood fingerboard with nineteen frets is glued to the mahogany neck. The lower cut-out of the body guarantees a good match even at higher positions of the fingerboard. The 50.8 mm wide zero fret will suit classical guitar players in particular.

The instrument is equipped with Custom Godin Dual Source electronics, which offer dual sound sensing using an under-cabinet piezo pickup and another pickup under the soundboard. The character of the sound can be adjusted using the volume control, three-band equalizer and mix (blend).

The strings are mounted in classic open tuners with a 16:1 gear ratio and rosewood fingerboard. The instrument comes in a gig bag.
