BOSS AD-10

The Boss AD-10 is an acoustic preamplifier, effects pedal and professional DI box. It is a practical addition to the kit for any active musician playing acoustic or electroacoustic guitar. Thanks to the Acoustic Resonance technology used, the complex sound and resonance of the wood/strings of your guitar will be preserved. There is no risk of losing the expressiveness of tone and dynamics, without which the experience of playing acoustic instruments is almost zero.

This preamp/DI box offers two instrument inputs in its compact body. It allows you to set the sound for two different guitars, mix the sound of two different pickups from one instrument, or play two guitars at once. The sound can be controlled with a four-band equalizer and a low-cut filter function to optimize the sound of the acoustic instrument. The compressor, equipped with MDP technology, provides clear and intuitive control of sonic dynamics. The Anti-Feedback function is designed to suppress unwanted feedback hum while minimally affecting the natural acoustic sound of the instrument.

Integrated Delay, Chorus and Ambience effects tastefully and sensitively complement the acoustic tone of the instruments. Each has three sound modes, which can be switched between using the respective buttons. Other features include a Boost function that you'll appreciate during live gigs, a memory capable of storing ten sound settings, a built-in Looper with 80 seconds of recording time, and an integrated tuner.

In terms of connectivity, the preamp offers an effects loop input/output, XLR and 1/4 jack outputs providing connectivity to PA systems, mixers, instruments or external effects, and a USB interface allowing recording to a PC. Power is handled by a 9V PSA Adapter or six AA batteries.
