The BOSS RC-1 is the most basic and user-friendly looper in the Boss range, featuring a minimalist design and simple operation. Recording, playback and loop layering is so easy, it will fuel your creative spirit right out of the box. But don't be fooled - this box may be small and austere, but it offers the high sound quality, precision craftsmanship and reliability for which the BOSS brand is renowned.
The RC-1 is suitable for all types of musicians, from guitarists and bassists to keyboardists, electronic wind players and many more. It offers a generous 12 minutes of recording time, giving you plenty of room for all your musical ideas, from short punchy grooves to long jamming sequences. Recorded loops remain stored in memory even after you turn the box off, so you don't have to worry about losing them in case of an accidental shutdown. The control panel features a clear loop indicator consisting of 24 LED segments to help you quickly navigate the current status of Rec/Overdub/Play modes or the progress of a loop being played. The stereo inputs and outputs can be used for stereo effects, apparatus and instruments (such as a synthesizer). The remaining output allows you to connect an external footswitch to the pedal to control the Stop/Undo function.
Of course, the rugged metal chassis keeps all electronics completely safe. The BOSS RC-1 can be powered by a 9V battery and an adapter (not included).
