The MB model series represents an innovation among Gallien-Krueger MicroBass instruments. These are combos that are unique for their low weight, small size and at the same time sufficiently large power and high quality sound. This makes them perfect for bassists who are looking for a machine to play with a band and also require some mobility. The second generation of these machines offers several improvements that make these popular combos even better.
Specifically, the MB 108 is a machine that features a 25 watt digital amplifier, from which the signal goes to an 8 inch speaker. Of course, it has a level-switchable input for active and passive instruments, a headphone output or aux-input.
These elements, as well as the controls, are located on the top panel. To adjust the sound there is first a Gain control, followed by a 4-band equalizer consisting of Treble, Hi-Mid, Lo-Mid and Bass potentiometers.
This bass is especially suitable for home playing and practicing, and it doesn't compromise on sound.
