CUBE STREET EX
This model features an end amp that is capable of delivering up to 2x 25 watts of power, and is fitted with two 8-inch speakers and two 2-inch tweeters. It offers a guitar or other instrument channel with 6 guitar simulations and an independent microphone channel. Powered by the included adapter or batteries, it can be played virtually anytime, anywhere
The microphone or instrument channel control section can be found first on the top. The signal can be fed into it via the Combo-Jack XLR connector, which can be switched between microphone and line level. Its volume can be controlled, of course, and you can work with the three-band EQ and the Reverb potentiometer, which activates and adjusts this effect.
Next to it are the elements needed to control the microphone or guitar channel. On the bottom row here, next to the Combo-Jack XLR input, you'll find a switch between the four modes of the guitar sound, the instrument mode and the mic preamp potentiometers adjusting its distortion and volume. With modes based on legendary guitar amps or Boss's most popular distortion effects, the Cube offers everything from beautiful clean sounds, including acoustic guitar simulation, to light overdrive and proper thick hi-gain.
In the rest of the control panel you'll then find a 3-band EQ, i.e. Bass, Middle and Treble potentiometers that adjust the character of the tone, two effect unit controls and Volume. The master section, in addition to the overall volume control, contains a jack for connecting external devices such as CD or mp3 players, a stereo Line-In, a battery level indicator and a power mode switch. The Cube also includes a built-in tuner, stereo Line-Out and stereo Link-Out.
