The Lewitt LCT 940 is a professional tube microphone from the Authentica series that will become a magnificent centerpiece of any recording studio. It combines the specific features of a large-diaphragm FET microphone and a premium tube microphone in one package, so you get the best of both worlds - the clean sound of a FET with attention to detail and the warm sound of a tube with rich harmonies. You'll be able to freely combine the two circuits to achieve the perfect blend of both.
The microphone offers nine different directional characteristics that can be freely switched between. In addition to the basic ones - spherical, cardioid, supercardioid, wide cardioid and figure-of-eight - there are also four intermediate settings. This also makes the Lewitt LCT 940 a versatile microphone that's great for recording vocals, choir, piano, guitar, drums and other instruments. You'll also find an adjustable low cut filter for 40, 150 and 300 Hz and an attenuation function. Included in the package is a power supply unit with a clear control panel, a connection cable, a cushioned spider, wind protection and a sturdy carrying case for safe transport.
