The body of the instrument is made of maple wood. The double varnish prevents moisture absorption and subsequent expansion of the wood. The harmonica also features stainless steel covers, thirty-two brass heads, 0.9 mm thick brass slices and a range of two octaves. It uses Richter tuning.
Tremolo harmonicas are characterized by splitting one hole in half, with the harmonica slices slightly (by a few cents) out of tune. The player then blows through both channels at the same time while playing, creating a tremolo effect. This type of harmonica is mainly used in folk and folk music, but it is certainly not suitable for blues (it does not allow the tone to bend).
