What this effect is used for may not be obvious at first glance, but after a while you'll realise that there's nothing complicated about it - the Microsynthesizer is a box that uses ten sliding controls to allow you to adjust the sound to your exact requirements. It's a true tonal laboratory. It's built to work best with your bass guitar.
The first "saber" is the Trigger, which adjusts the sensitivity of the filter circuit, then there is the Octaver section, where you can adjust the ratio of the volume of the original signal (Guitar), the tone an octave lower (Sub Octave) and an octave higher (Octave), part of this Voice section is also the Square Wave control changing the course of the sound curve, thus affecting the color, volume and attack. Related to this is the Attack Delay control, which sets just the time it takes for the signal to reach maximum volume. The second section, Filter Sweep, allows you to adjust the sharpness of the modulation (Resonance), the start and stop cutoff frequencies of the modulation (Start and Stop Freq) and its speed (Rate). Starting the Micro is indicated by a red diode, the stompbox is of course analogue and has True Bypass, so in the off state it will not affect the signal in any way. The power supply is taken care of by the included adapter.
