Vintage's V100 electric guitars are based on the shape of rock classics - the LP-style guitars made famous by Slash, Jimmy Page, Zakk Wylde, Joe Perry and other famous guitarists.
The solid mahogany body is adorned with a handsome flamed maple top and an impressive Flamed Trans Wine Red finish. The glued mahogany neck is joined by a composite wood fingerboard with twenty-two frets. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by mother-of-pearl blocks.
Sound pickups are handled by a pair of Wilkinson humbuckers with a neck pickup in the popular black and white "zebra" design. Their sound can be shaped using two volume knobs, tone controls and a three-position toggle switch. So you can tailor the overall tone to your exact needs, whether you prefer a more driving rock sound or a warmer blues or jazz sound.
The strings are held in a solid Tune-O-Matic fingerboard and stopbar. High-quality Wilkinson VJ44 mechanics give the instrument precise and stable tuning, while also matching the design of the guitar's elegantly shaped headstock.
