New Electro-Acoustic Guitar / HN274638
The Fender Buck Owens Kingman RWB is a limited edition electroacoustic guitar that pays tribute to American singer-songwriter Buck Owens. This Dreadnought is based on the design of the guitar Buck Owens played in the 1960s and 1970s on the TV show Hee Haw, which he co-hosted.
The front of the guitar is made of solid spruce, while the back and sides are made of solid mahogany. As a result, the instrument will offer you a beautifully big loud sound with a distinctive bass. The resonance of the top is supported by "Performance X" ribbing. A rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets is glued to the mahogany neck with a modern ergonomic "C" profile. Orientation on the fingerboard is facilitated by position blocks made of imitation mother-of-pearl.
The strings are secured via a bone zero and saddle fret in vintage-style tuning machines and a rosewood fingerboard. Nice workmanship is accentuated by the body, fingerboard and headstock binding, pickguard in imitation tortoiseshell and rosette composed of black and white rings.
True amplification of the natural acoustic sound is guaranteed by the Fishman Presys VT Plus preamp combining the sensing of an underbody piezo pickup and a contact pickup located in the body of the guitar. The character of the sound can be adjusted using the Volume and Blend controls, which adjust the piezo/body sensor pickup ratio.
The guitar comes in a carrying case.
