The Katana-50 MkII EX is an expanded version of the popular Katana-50 MkII modeling combo. Support for GA-FC and GA-FC EX allows you to select Tone Setting memory, turn effects on/off and perform other actions using external footswitches/controllers (not included), line output to send audio directly to mix/PA, Stereo Expand function allows you to connect the combo to another Katana Katana MkII. Otherwise, expect more sounds, more effects and more features - less is not always more.
With five different amp characters and five variations, you'll naturally float sonically across musical styles. Thanks to the wide range of built-in BOSS effects, you'll give your guitar sound just the right amount of spice. Additional options include the latest version of the BOSS Tone Studio software or an end-amp input for modelers and multieffects.
