The Samson Q9U USB dynamic microphone is suitable for broadcast, vocals, podcasts, streams and live recordings within easy reach. The Q9U integrates easily into any professional or home recording studio and features both an analog XLR output and a USB-C output through which digital audio signals output at a stunning 24-bit/96kHz resolution. The microphone is thus able to capture every detail of your voice.

The Q9U can be easily integrated into any recording setup. The state-of-the-art dynamic capsule with neodymium magnet provides a sufficiently robust signal at the output so that the microphone can be connected to any mixing console or audio interface without the need for external amplification devices. The wide frequency response and large dynamic range capture the nuances and natural sound of speech and musical performances. An advanced humbucking coil reduces the transmission of electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) as well as noise from other devices.

High-quality digital audio
The Q9U features a 24bit/96kHz analog-to-digital converter for perfectly authentic, high-resolution digital recordings that you record directly to your Mac or Windows computer without the need to download drivers. With an integrated headphone output, you can connect headphones to the Samson Q9U microphone to hear your voice in real time with zero latency. When needed, the integrated MUTE switch turns off the signal on both outputs.

Captures your voice without ambient noise
Cardioid directional characteristic keeps your voice front and center by providing excellent off-axis signal cancellation, minimizing off-axis noise from around the microphone. The integrated microphone mount absorbs microphone shock to isolate the capsule from mechanical noise. A double-layer metal grille then forms the perfect wind protector and minimizes unwanted air blasts. The result is a clear, specific and professional sounding signal. There's also a Lo-cut control on the microphone to remove ultra-low frequencies and a mid-presence boost to amplify the midrange.
