The construction of the Regius 6 Trans Graphite consists of a through-neck made of eleven layers of four different woods (maple, mahogany, ovangkol, wenge), wings made of swamp ash and an impressive top made of flamed maple. Maximum playing comfort is provided by a specially shaped neck foot for easy access to the higher positions of the fingerboard. The ebony fingerboard itself is fitted with twenty-four Extra Jumbo stainless steel frets.
The Mayones TKO humbuckers (ceramic magnet headstock and Alnico V neck), created in collaboration with the renowned Bare Knuckle brand, provide the guitar with a dynamic sound with precise articulation ideal for all modern rock and metal offshoots, as well as a fairly wide range of tones (enriched by the volume control's push/pull function, even sounds with a pure single-coil character).
Good tuning and sustain are supported by the attachment of strings via the Graphtech Black TusQ zero fret in the Hipshot Grip-Lock locking mechanism and via the fixed headstock (Hipshot) through the body of the guitar. The luxurious design is accentuated by a three-layered body, fingerboard and headstock binding composed of ABS and imitation pearloid, and a figured maple headstock veneer.
