The WAD550CE is an electroacoustic guitar from Walden with a semi-massive construction that is sure to please musicians of all ages and skill levels with the quality of its components and overall attention to detail.
It is a guitar in the traditional "western" Dreadnought shape. The front of the instrument is made of solid North American Sitka spruce, the back of the instrument is made of laminated mahogany. A rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets is glued to a mahogany neck with a modern narrow C profile. The rounded lower body cutout makes it easier to match the higher positions of the fingerboard.

The guitar's appearance is enhanced by a number of other practical and decorative features in the form of a matte finish (UV polyester lacquer), black binding, rosette composed of black and white lines, mother-of-pearl logo on the headstock and a practical pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell.
