The UWP-D series consists of a trio of wireless systems featuring the URX-P40 receiver and transmitter with microphone. Both devices always include a clear OLED display and an intuitive control panel for quick audio setup and switching of individual frequencies or channels. The system is very compact, packing easily into a backpack or hand luggage. Power is then supplied via a rechargeable integrated battery (rechargeable via USB port) or a pair of AA batteries. The UWP-D series is fully compatible with other Sony wireless systems such as the UWP/WL-800.

This wireless system brings you quality audio recording for your professional and semi-professional audiovisual productions. The system consists of the URX-P40 receiver, UTX-M40 dynamic microphone with transmitter, and small accessories for attaching the receiver to your camera or camcorder. The microphone includes an easily replaceable capsule for the most optimal use, making the wireless system suitable for both singers and presenters. In addition to the audio output to the recording device, the URX-P40 includes a headphone output for close monitoring.
