The Seydel Symphony Grand Chromatic is a professional model chromatic mouth organ with sixteen channels and a range of four octaves. It offers a full, loud, sound and fast response stainless steel pickups that are durable and hold their tuning even under intense playing. The instrument's black body is made of anodized aluminum. The harmonica also features cast aluminum covers, pakfong (German Silver) plates, an innovative slide design with enlarged holes for a full, loud sound, rounded holes in the silver-plated mouthpiece for playing comfort and ideal airflow, and sixty-four stainless steel voicings.

The harmonica comes in a special lockable case equipped with an electric thermocouple (5V/2.1A) that prevents moisture condensation and keeps the instrument at room temperature, so the harmonica is ready to use immediately anytime, anywhere. Included in the package is a USB micro power cord, a multi-adapter for all common outlet types, a USB car charger, and a leather strap/harness to attach to the harmonica.

Tradition C. A. Seydel dates back to the mid-19th century, when, after the decline of mining in Saxony, brothers Johann Christian and Christian August Seydel decided to devote themselves to the manufacture of musical instruments. Their factory in Klingenthal soon became the leading manufacturer of harmonicas in Saxony and the surrounding area. Since then, the company has undergone a series of changes and transformations depending on the social and political environment, the most significant of which was the reunification of Germany, after which the nationalised company was returned to the family in 1991. The established brand has not disappeared from the world and continues to offer musical instruments of Made in Germany quality.
