The Snarecraft Professional Series Cajons are designed to offer a clearly articulated and punchy rhythmic sound, while not losing the warm and welcoming tone with a wide dynamic range. The nine-ply, 12-millimeter-thick Baltic birch from which the cajon is made perfectly meets these qualities. The distinctive sound is also the result of the adjustable stringers, which can be easily controlled by a wheel on the side of the cajon. Turning the wheel changes the string tension and thus its sensitivity, or the string can be deactivated completely.
All edges of the cajon are rounded for maximum playing comfort, which you will especially appreciate on the top edge of the soundboard, which provides a much better contact surface while maintaining maximum comfort.
