The M80M is an instrument that was built to the vision of Marten Hagstrom and Frederik Thordendal, guitarists of the legendary band Meshuggah.
The guitar has a body made of alder, a neck made of 5 pieces of maple and a drum kit. The fingerboard is rosewood and features 24 jumbo frets. The gauge corresponds to 749 mm, the width of the zero fret is 55 mm and the radius of the fingerboard is 400 mm.
The fingerboard is marked FX Edge III-8 and the sound is provided by a Lundgren Model M8 humbucker pickup (ceramic). The hardware is black.
The control is very minimalistic with 2 potentiometers Tone and Volume.
