REMO CLEAR - POWERSONIC
Clear, i.e. in the clear version, is one of the favorite models of many drummers because of its clear and open sound Most often used to brighten the sound of toms and bass drums. Specifically, the Powersonic series, designed primarily for bass drums, offers tight mids, an optimal amount of bass and a very powerful sound. They are made from two layers of Mylar, both of which are 7 mil, or 7 thousandths of an inch thick. Thanks to ESDS technology, two built-in damping rings, they amplify bass response and dampen unwanted overtones and vibrations. This puts the sound under much better control.
