The Yamaha Pacifica 600 Series electric guitars are well crafted instruments in Super ST design with Seymour Duncan pickups that are sure to appeal to a wide range of guitarists of all genres and levels of proficiency.
The alder body of the Pacifica 611VFM Root Beer electric guitar is adorned with a spectacular flamed maple top veneer and gloss polyurethane lacquer. Glued to the maple neck is a rosewood fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Medium-sized frets. The "Medium C" neck profile, flatter fretboard radius and body cutouts ensure comfortable movement and matchmaking across the entire fingerboard.
The juicy full sound of the Seymour Duncan TB-14 Custom's trembucker (described by the manufacturer as "twice as loud as the '59 model") is complemented by a Seymour Duncan SP90-1 neck pickup inspired by the vintage design of Gibson's 1946 P90 pickups. Use the push/pull tone shutter function to split the coils of the grasshopper humbucker and change the setting to single-coil. With such a breadth of different sound positions and timbres, you can boldly navigate the waters of pop, country, blues, rock, metal and other musical genres.
Stable tuning is ensured by the Graphtech TusQ zero fret string attachment in Grover locking mechanisms and Wilkinson VS50 tremolo with zinc saddles. The fine workmanship is accentuated by a four-layer pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell.
