The guitar's more compact body is constructed with a spruce plywood top and a plywood back and sides. Attached to the mahogany neck, standard to the body at the fourteenth fret, is a fingerboard made from a modern composite material. Orientation on its surface is traditionally facilitated by position markers. The strings are held in chrome die-cast mechanics and a composite headstock via plastic zero and saddle frets.
The guitar is supplied in a gig bag.
The American company Washburn has been manufacturing acoustic instruments for a really long time - since 1883. During that time it has created countless guitars, mandolins, banjos and has accumulated a lot of experience.
