The Takamine EF341SC is a handmade Dreadnought with a black gloss body that has proven itself as a concert instrument (the so-called "workhorse") and it is no coincidence that Bruce Springsteen relies on it during his concert tours. The front of the guitar is made of solid cedar, the back and sides of maple. The narrower, gently asymmetrical mahogany neck with a C profile fits perfectly in the hand, together with the rosewood fingerboard guaranteeing high playing comfort without the threat of early fatigue due to demanding finish. The neck is attached to the body with a dovetail joint.
High-quality acoustic sound transmission is guaranteed by the CT4B II electronics with three-band graphic equalizer, volume control and built-in tuner, and the Takamine Palathetic pickup, which senses the vibrations of each string separately.
The strings are held in chrome die-cast tuning machines and a rosewood fingerboard via a bone fretboard and saddle. The guitar's stylish look is accentuated by a practical pickguard, bright binding, rosette, snowflakes and company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a case.
