Strymon V2 guitar effects are new and improved versions of popular pedal effects (Strymon Blue Sky, Flint, El Capistan, Deco, DIG and Lex). All Strymon V2 effects offer MIDI compatibility and MIDI control, including MIDI clock sync and access to 300 presets via MIDI, USB-C for MIDI-over-USB and firmware updates, TRS full stereo inputs with mono/stereo input switch, new Strymon Class A JFET preamp, as well as a powerful new 520MHz ARM processor.
The Strymon Blue Sky V2 is an upgraded version of the effect that has completely changed the face of compact reverb pedal effects. It offers three reverb effect types: plate, room and spring, capable of conjuring the realistic sounds of traditional reverbs as well as rich ambient surfaces with added modulation - always while maintaining musicality. With ultra-low noise, 24-bit 96kHz A/D and D/A quality, and a frequency response of 20Hz - 20kHz, the Strymon Blue Sky V2 will be equally at home in the recording studio and on stages.
Individual control settings determine the length of the reverb effect, the speed of the effect onset, EQ (bass, treble), dry/wet signal ratio and the intensity of the added octave shimmer effect. Use the mod switch to add more or less modulation to the reverb signal if needed, and the footswitch to save your favourite settings.
The expression pedal input allows you to connect an external TRS expression pedal, MiniSwitch/MultiSwitch Plus switches, or TRS MIDI connections. All electronics are housed in a durable yet lightweight aluminum chassis. The Strymon Blue Sky V2 offers a choice between true bypass and buffered bypass circuitry. Use the included 9V adapter for power supply.
