Electro-Acoustic Guitar / HN188670
The Sigma DTC-41E is a semi-massive dreadnought-type electro-acoustic guitar that will please even players with high demands in terms of build quality, sound and playability.
The guitar's front plate is made of solid Sitka spruce, the back plate and sides of plywood. This gives the guitar a sonorous, frequency-balanced sound and good dynamic response in both vigorous and very quiet, subtle playing. This makes played chords, chord breakdowns and fast solos sound great. The guitar's mahogany neck is glued to a micarta composite fingerboard with 20 frets, and orientation is made easier by pearl blocks. The lower body cutaway offers a good match even at higher fretboard positions.
The guitar's sound is provided by a Fishman Sonicore subwoofer and a Fishman Presys+ preamp with volume control, three-band EQ, Phase button for feedback suppression and built-in tuner. The strings are mounted in Grover's high quality gold open drive with Butterbean pegs and a micarta fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transfer of the strings. The stylish design is accentuated by a pickguard in imitation tortoiseshell, a decorative mother-of-pearl rosette, white binding with mother-of-pearl inlay and a logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a high quality softshell case.
