The body of this bass is made of mahogany and features a bubinga top veneer. The dense sound is thus taken care of. The vibrations of the wood are transferred to the amp by a powerhumbucker and a splitcoil preamp (active/passive) with three-band corrections. The Canadian maple neck is attached to the body with five screws and houses a rosewood fingerboard with twenty-two frets. The positions are marked by mother-of-pearl blocks and the headstock is colour-coordinated with the body.
