The J-6 is an innovative instrument suitable for music producers and musicians who need to stimulate creativity with new and innovative sounds and samples. The instrument features a powerful chord sequencer with sounds from the famous Roland JUNO-60. Creating punchy beats or dance tunes in seconds, the J-6 is the perfect partner for studio sessions or live performance.
Inside the compact design is a four-voice engine from the JUNO-60 based on classic analog ACB technology. You'll also have a filter, envelope, Reverb and Delay effects with tempo, a 64-step sequencer with eight buttons, and a multi-function keyboard with 13 rubberized pads. The J-6 is powered by an integrated Li-Ion battery that provides up to 4.5 hours of operation, so you can easily compose in the park, at the cabin, or in a secluded spot by the woods.
The main control panel also includes a clear display or Sync and Mix In/Out jacks, including a Volume control. The rear panel then offers a USB port and MIDI In/Out for connecting other devices. The J-6 is also fully compatible with other AIRA devices from Roland, which you can connect simply with MIDI TRS cables.
