The Crush 50 boasts a full analogue signal path, a closed-box 12" driver, a bassreflex on the back to boost low frequencies and active corrections with parametric mids. The Gain knob can be used to set a very pleasing analogue distortion, while the Blend potentiometer can be used to select the ratio between clean and distorted sound.
There's an input switch for using an active or passive instrument, and it's also ideal for silent practice - it can use both the headphone output, which also acts as a CabSim, and the Aux input for connecting a phone or player. The built-in chromatic tuner with a clear LED panel, effects loop and footswitch input controlling the Blend function will also come in handy.
