The front plate of the B50 12 Natural SG Element with TRIC is made of cedar, while the back plate and sides are made of flamed maple, whose wood grain gives the guitar an exclusive look. The maple neck is glued to a fingerboard made of modern richlite composite material fitted with twenty-one frets.
The sound is captured using L.R. Baggs Element active electronics with an Element sub-coil piezo pickup and Volume and Tone controls discreetly placed in the guitar's soundhole. The strings are mounted in the company's proprietary 16:1 open-gear gears over Graphtech zero and saddle frets and an ebony fingerboard. The stylish look is accentuated by practical and decorative elements in the form of position markers on the fingerboard, decorative rosette and pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell.
The guitar comes in a high quality soft case (Deluxe TRIC case).
