The Martin DJr-10 Sitka Top (02) is an all-massive acoustic guitar that offers quality and craftsmanship in keeping with the brand's tradition and reputation at an affordable price. The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are also made of solid sapele wood, which is very similar in properties and sound to mahogany. The Select Hardwood neck, which is attached to the body at the fourteenth fret as standard, is joined by a 20-fret fingerboard made of the modern composite material Richlite. The good acoustic properties of the guitar are accentuated by the reduced X-type (Scalloped X-Brace) ribbing of the soundboard.
