The Relay range offers wireless systems that lead the competition, mainly due to their reasonable price and very high sound quality and reliability. Thanks to Virtual Wire Transmission technology, for example, they can offer transmission at exactly the same quality level as cables. They do not compress the signal in any way and thus accurately preserve the dynamics of your playing. And if you wanted, they can even realistically simulate the use of 5 and 9 meter cables.
If you're interested in exact numbers, the Relay operates over the full frequency range from 10 to 20,000 Hz, the dynamic range is up to 120 dB, and their AD/DA converters operate at 24 bit.
It also has built-in Digital Channel Lock technology, this ensures that the receiver will only really receive your signal, no static or radio. The Relay operates at 2.4 GHz, avoiding potential interference. Plus, it offers multiple channels that run all the time, so there's no need for lengthy frequency scanning or device pairing.
The G50 is a mid-range version that is built in the style of stompboxes. It offers 12 channels and a range of 60 meters. On its transmitter you'll find a standard input, On/Off switch and channel switch, plus there's a digital display showing battery life and channel number. It is powered by 2 AA batteries that last about 8 hours of operation. The receiver then offers a standard output and an output for connecting a tuner and in addition to the On/Off switch and channel switch, it has a cable use simulation control, also there is a display. It is powered by an adapter.
