The Roadbuddy 10 B6 fully relies on wireless transmission. It is equipped with a UHF radio receiver that operates in the 655 - 679 MHz band and can be expanded with an additional system. The built-in Bluetooth player with backlit multifunction display, equalizer, USB port and SD card slot supports mp3, wma and wav formats. A handheld microphone with 10 mW output power (LDRBUD10B5) or alternatively a headset microphone (LDRBUD10HSB5) and an IR remote control for the player are included.
For wired devices, the Roadbuddy has two channels with XLR/Jack 6.3 mm combo jacks and individual volume controls that are switchable for microphone and line level, stereo input can be connected via RCA (Cinch) sockets and Jack 3.5 mm Aux input. Treble, Bass, Echo and Master volume controls complete the control panel.
The LD Systems Roadbuddy is easily portable thanks to its built-in wheels and extendable handle. A handy storage compartment on the top provides space for up to two handheld broadcast microphones. The housing of this lightweight device has been designed to accommodate a 35mm tripod hole.
