Lakewood M-32 CP

Lakewood's Deluxe Series handmade acoustic guitars show the possibilities and range of sounds offered by the combination of a select alpine spruce top and back and sides made from Indian rosewood or French oak.

The Lakewood M-32 CP offers a more compact Grand Concert body shape. The front of the guitar is made of AAA quality solid Alpine spruce, while the back and sides are made of the same quality solid rosewood. An ebony fingerboard with 20 frets is glued to the cedar neck. A rounded lower body cutout makes it easier to play at the higher positions of the fingerboard.

The strings are mounted in Gotoh SGL-510Z tuning machines with a fine 21:1 gear ratio and an ebony fingerboard. The luxurious workmanship is accentuated by mother-of-pearl position markers on the fingerboard, gold-plated hardware, a wooden rosette with mother-of-pearl inlay (Abalone), and a combination of ultra-thin body lacquer polished to a high gloss and satin gloss finish on the neck.

The active electronics of the L.R. Baggs Anthem use a combination of microphone sound sensing (patented Tru.Mic technology) and a sub-cabinet pickup, which guarantees authentic reproduction of the instrument's acoustic sound and low microphonics, i.e. susceptibility to feedback. The controls are discreetly housed in the instrument's soundhole.

The guitar is supplied in a case (Hiscox Lakewood hard case).
