The Koch Ventura Combo returns to the sound of American guitars from the 50s and 60s equipped with 6V6 tubes. This is a more compact two-channel combo with 20 watts of power and a stylish boutique design, with a Baltic birch cabinet adorned with the classic "two-tone" look, i.e. vinyl covering in cream and red.
The combo's channels share a passive three-band EQ. The Clean channel offers a bright clean sound with punchy mids and full bass, while the full saturated tones of the Ovedrive channel excel in styles such as blues, blues/rock or classic rock and roll. Add a little sonic spice with the built-in spring reverb.
A serial effects loop with buffer integrates your favourite modulation, reverb or delay pedal effects that sound better in the loop than in front of the machine, and a mono Rec/PA output connects the combo directly to your recording equipment or PA. Use the Speaker On/Off switch to turn off the speaker for quiet playing/recording without compromising the instrument in any way.
At the heart of the cabinet is the Koch VG12-60 12-inch speaker. A two-channel footswitch is also included.
