The HP-1A is an active humbucker pickup for acoustic guitars that provides a very natural sound and preserves the specific acoustic characteristics of the instrument. This model is equipped with neodymium magnets that give it a piercing, warm and perfectly audible sound, while the active preamplifier perfectly accentuates the typical ringing sound of metal strings while eliminating unwanted noise. The entire system is housed in a sleek and lightweight birch wood chassis, giving it not only an elegant design but also maximum responsiveness.
Installation of the pickup is very simple - just insert it into the instrument's soundhole and gently tighten a pair of mounting screws. You will also find a connecting cable in the package.

Two CR2032 batteries are required to power the pickup. Batteries are not included.
