The construction of Engl cabinets is created by assembling boards made of 14-ply Siberian birch plywood, which has perfect acoustic properties. They have strong ribbing to withstand even the heaviest acoustic loads. All of them are powered by Celestion speakers, mostly from the Vintage or Greenback series. This alone is a guarantee of quality sound, as these speakers are among the most widely used at the moment. All Engl speakers offer you a sound based on very punchy mids, really tight bass frequencies and crystal clear highs. There are basically three different series - Standard, PRO (which have a bit more midrange than the Standard) and Classic (for the vintage sound enthusiasts).

This speaker is the smallest of the Engl family of boxes. It is equipped with a single 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30 speaker, which makes it capable of feeding it up to 60W of power. The impedance of this model is 8 Ohms. Its cabinet is highly durable, the corners are plated, there is a solid handle on the top and the speaker is protected by a metal grille, all constructed to make this box withstand anything it may encounter in use.
