GB series basses are based on traditional design, which is enriched with modern approach and technology. The new series has received several modifications and innovations. The ergonomic body design and deeper cutaway along with a narrower neck contribute to more comfortable playing. The new pickups are closer to the vintage sound, but at the same time retain the required modern character.

The GB24JJ is based on the traditional concept of Jazz basses, but with added features that any modern player will appreciate.

The body of this instrument is made of poplar, which provides a full and thick sound with great resonance, and complemented by a top made of flamed maple, which you would usually only find on instruments with a much higher price tag. The neck is then made from extra-hard Canadian maple, which not only provides great stability but also beautifully supports the sonic character of the poplar body. In addition, the joint between the body and neck is ergonomically shaped, which greatly simplifies playing in higher positions. The fingerboard is made of exotic Jatoba wood.

The sound is taken care of by a pair of J-style pickups, which provides high versatility and can playfully handle virtually any musical genre. The neck pickup adds clarity and legibility to the instrument, while the neck pickup sounds very warm and natural. Thanks to this combination, you can set up the ideal sound for any situation.

The reliable transfer of the string sound to the body of the bass is ensured by a retro pickguard commonly used on instruments in higher price categories, while a set of open vintage tuning machines ensures tuning stability.
