The Blackstar AmPlug2 FLY headphone amplifier is based on the popular FLY and offers the same massive sound in an even more compact package. The literally pocket-sized box lets you practice anytime, anywhere without disturbing your surroundings or having to compromise on high sound standards.
With three selectable channels, it covers a wide range of sounds from crystal clear, to rock crunch, to thick metal distortion, plus you can spice up each channel with built-in effects - there's chorus, delay and reverb, each in three versions. The specific tone characteristics can also be fine-tuned using the ISF (Infinite Shape Feature), well known from the great Blackstar amplifiers.
The headphone output and phone or mp3 player input make jamming more enjoyable, so you can practice with your favourite tracks. You can easily connect the amp to your instrument using the foldable 6.3 mm jack, compatible with Stratocaster-style "flush" jacks. The amplifier is powered by two included AAA batteries, and the auto shut-off feature ensures up to 17 hours of playing time.
