TAYLOR 417e-R Tobacco Sunburst Top

The Taylor 417e-R, Tobacco Sunburst Top is a Grand Pacific design. At its core, it is a Dreadnought Round-Shoulder with a number of luxury features including patented V-Class ribbing.

The front of the guitar is made from Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made from select Indian rosewood. The sound quality of the guitar is elevated to a higher level by the patented V-Class ribbing, which increases the volume of the instrument, extends the sustain and improves intonation. The mahogany neck is glued to an ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty frets. Stable tuning is ensured by the Taylor string attachment and ebony fingerboard. The nice workmanship is emphasized by the Tobacco Sunburst top color finish, white perimeter binding, pearl rosette (agoya shell), position markers made of imitation mother-of-pearl and pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell.

The sound pickup is handled by Taylor Expression System 2. This is a completely unique pickup method that takes the possibilities of realistic sound reproduction to unprecedented dimensions. Three specially designed independent piezoelectric pickups located behind the fingerboard are used for pickups. Unlike conventional pickups, they don't sense the up and down movement of the board, but the natural back and forth vibration of the grasshopper seat. This makes the sound much more natural, colourful and pleasing, and more responsive to the dynamics of your playing. At the same time, the new preamp makes the signal 25% stronger. Of course, feedback is eliminated and you can adjust the volume, bass and treble.
