This Dreadnought type electroacoustic guitar is a good choice for home playing/practicing and public performance. It offers quality and craftsmanship, in keeping with the brand's tradition and reputation, at an affordable price. This makes it accessible to a wider range of interested and talented young musicians.

The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, the back and sides are made of modern HPL material in Hawaiian koa finish. This combination of materials not only saves the environment, but also provides the instrument with good sound and playing characteristics. The standard X-type ribbing, which was developed by Martin in 1850 and is still used by most manufacturers today, ensures a full, solid, guitar sound.

The neck, which is attached to the body at the fourteenth fret as standard, is made of birch wood and features a twenty-fret Richlite composite fingerboard. This eco-friendly material, visually similar to ebony, is characterised by its excellent acoustic properties, durability and stability. White markings make the fingerboard easy to navigate, which you will certainly appreciate when performing in backlit environments. A TusQ composite saddle set on a Richlite cob, along with a Corian fretboard, gives the strings great resonance and sustain. A tortoiseshell pickguard protects the guitar's paintwork from scratches caused by pick playing. The final look of the instrument is accentuated by chrome tuning mechanisms.

The guitar is equipped with a Fishman Sonitone piezo pickup placed in the instrument's soundboard with simple Volume/Tone rotary knobs.

The American Martin company, founded in 1833, is quite deservedly one of the biggest and most respected names in stringed instruments. For decades, it has been one of the leading innovators in guitar design and manufacturing technology. However, to use only the past tense would be a great mistake; instruments with the Martin logo are still today among the guarantees of the highest quality in craftsmanship and sound. In addition, their current products use "eco-friendly" components made from renewable resources and composite materials. We find it completely unnecessary to mention the performers who use these instruments in this context - also, we guess, you don't bring wood to the forest.
