Compact kit with shallow hulls and improved TD-17 module
The successor to the popular VAD306, the VAD307 is a unique V-Drums Acoustic Design kit with a compact design that retains the acoustic aesthetic that characterizes the entire series. The dimensions are the same as the medium-sized V-Drums, making it perfect for home and smaller venues. The shallower and therefore lighter bodies save space, but from a player's perspective they will be instantly familiar to any drummer. The layout is completed by three double braced stands and grips for both toms and cymbal arms, further enhancing the overall acoustic look (snare stand, hi-hat stand and bass pedal not included). Known from the popular VAD306, the TD-17 module then, with its natural, expressive sound, meets any tonal and playability requirements you may have, whether you're drumming for yourself at home or performing at your local bar.

Impressive sound and realistic expression
At the core of the VAD307 is an enhanced TD-17 module packed with sounds derived from the award-winning TD-50 sound processor. It features an extensive collection of classic and modern drum, cymbal and percussion sounds, all captured in ultra-high quality at a variety of speeds and possible snare hits. These samples are then combined with Roland's unique Prismatic Sound Modeling technology to create a complex, realistic range of tones and smooth dynamic transitions between beats. The result is an experience that not only sounds true to the acoustic, but behaves acoustically as well.

Create and customize your own unique rig
The TD-17 features a wide range of factory presets, including 10 new acoustic-focused presets created for the VAD307. These factory presets sound stunning, but it's easy to dive even deeper and build your dream setup thanks to the intuitive editing tools. Think of the module as a huge warehouse of drums and cymbals from different eras that you can mix and match at will. You can then swap out membranes, change tunings, add mutes or even change the virtual space you play in itself. It's possible to go even further by uploading your own samples, which you then combine with the built-in instruments to create kits that no one else has ever played before.

Larger pads and room to play
Acoustic drums tend to be bigger than electronic drum pads. The size of each drum contributes to the overall playing experience, not only in appearance, but also in feel and physical layout. That's why the VAD307 kit includes a 12" snare drum and floor tom, two 10" rack toms and an 18" bass drum, creating a naturally sized playing space. The bodies are also made of wood, adding to the acoustic impression when struck with mallet and hammer.

Natural acoustic drum feel
Roland's legendary mesh membranes with adjustable tension make a significant contribution to an authentic and natural playing experience, giving you the ability to tailor the bounce to your individual style. And when you strike the hammer on a specially designed kick, air physically moves inside the body, creating pressure and resistance remarkably similar to the experience of playing an acoustic kick.

Shallow bodies, deep performance
Although the shallower and thus lighter design of the VAD307 's toms and kick set takes up less space, it certainly doesn't skimp on performance. Each drum features special sensors designed to guarantee a natural response and premium feel in an amazingly compact size.

New type of cymbals for even better playing enjoyment
The VAD-307 is fitted with a new type of cymbal that is noticeably thinner and features a multi-sensor system for an even more authentic response. As a bonus, they handle the classic edge grip damping familiar from classic cymbals.

Double-braced chrome stands
The way acoustic drums and cymbals are mounted affects not only their classic look, but also the feel of their playing. The tom pads are mounted on the same stands as the acoustic toms, so they feel absolutely perfect when struck. Each stand also features double bracing for unshakable stability and is easy to adjust to create your desired layout. Three cymbal stands and a drum module holder are included (hi-hat stand, snare stand and bass pedal not included).

Powerful practice instruments and Bluetooth connectivity
The TD-17 module is packed with practice features to help you become a better drummer. Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows the module to stream audio from smartphones and laptops without a cable, perfect for immersive jamming with headphones. You can play along with your favorite song or combine the kit with audio from a YouTube video lesson. You can also play songs directly from the SD card and record your performance at any time. Built-in learning features help you focus on skill development and even track your progress. And the metronome can be set to different bar presets and notes, helping you hone your sense of rhythm.
