The lime body of the JV Modified '60s Stratocaster is covered in gloss lacquer. The "Thick Soft V" maple neck profile offers a more rounded shape than the traditional '50s V. Twenty-one Medium Jumbo frets and black position dots divide the fingerboard surface.
Three proprietary single-coil pickups give the guitar a classic Strat sound and feel. Its character can be adjusted via the volume potentiometers, tone shutter and five-position pickup switch. The push/pull function of the second tone diaphragm expands the guitar's sonic arsenal by adding a neck pickup in switch settings 1 and 2.
The strings are held in the company's locking tuning machines (Vintage-Style Locking) via a bone zero fret and a traditional vintage-style synchronized tremolo with a six-point anchor. The stylish look of the instrument is accentuated by a practical three-layer pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a high quality deluxe gig bag.
