FENDER Player Plus Meteora HH PF BB

The Fender Player Plus Meteora electric guitars combine the unconventional hybrid design of the Alternate Reality series with features aimed at maximum playing comfort and cool new colour finishes. These are more affordable guitars made in Ensenada, Mexico, and undergo the same meticulous output controls as American instruments.

The Meteora model with its specific offset body shape will reliably set you apart from thousands of other players on stage. The body of the guitar is made of alder. A maple neck with a pleasant Modern C profile is glued to a pau ferro fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets. Orientation on its surface is traditionally facilitated by position dots.

Two Fireball humbuckers offer an ideal balance of sonic punch and articulation. The character of the tone can be adjusted using the volume potentiometers, the tone diaphragm and the three-position pickup switch. The S-1 switch on the Volume control splits the humbuckers' coils, changing their sonic character to pure single-coil in seconds. The strings are anchored via a synthetic bone fret in the company's Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking mechanism and a synchronized tremolo with two-point locking. The impressive look of the instrument is accentuated by the three-layer pickguard in Mint Green and the company logo on the headstock.
